Terms of use

Poker Tracker is an offline iOS app. Using it doesn't require an account, an email, or any signup of any kind. By installing and using the app, you agree to the terms below.

No account, no user data

The app does not create or maintain any user account. Everything you enter — sessions, hands, friends, notes — is stored locally on your device. The app has no backend; nothing about you or your play is transmitted to us or any third party.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put into the app. Because storage is fully local, deleting the app removes all of it. There is no copy on a server we can recover for you, and no copy we could share with anyone else. See the privacy policy for specifics.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial tracking of your own play. Don't reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the app. Don't use it for anything illegal where you live.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Stats, calculations, and replay results are informational; verify anything that matters. We're not liable for losses, gambling decisions, lost data, or any other consequence of using or not using the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated date at the top of this page will change too. Continued use of the app after that date counts as acceptance of the new terms.
